📦 Where We Deliver
We proudly deliver to all cities and towns in Mainland China, including hard-to-reach areas. We also serve Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan through a specialized fulfillment network. Whether your recipient is in a bustling city or a quiet village, we've got you covered.
- Mainland China: Same-day delivery available in all major cities.
- Remote Areas: A small additional fee of $9.90 USD applies for rural, or hard-to-access locations.
- Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: Delivery times vary. Pre-order at least one day in advance is strongly recommended.
⏰ Delivery Timing & Cut-Offs
We understand how important timing is when sending flowers and gifts. Here's how it works:
- Same-day delivery: Place your order before 6 PM China Standard Time (CST) for same-day delivery in Mainland China.
- Express delivery: In major cities, we offer 1 to 3-hour express delivery options during business hours.
- Scheduled delivery: You may schedule delivery up to 12 months in advance. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or big celebrations.
- Specific time requests: While we try our best, we cannot guarantee exact time slots due to logistics and florist workload.
🎯 Delivery Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate information:
- Full recipient name
- Detailed delivery address
- Active local phone number (required)
If the recipient is not available or the address is incorrect, redelivery may not be possible the same day.
🏨 Special Locations: Hospitals, Hotels & Offices
We do deliver to hospitals, hotels, company offices, and other commercial locations. Please include:
- Facility name and phone number
- Room number, ward, or department (if applicable)
- Recipient’s full name and contact details
Important: Many hospitals do not allow flower deliveries to ICU rooms. Always verify with the facility before placing your order. iweiyi.com cannot refund failed deliveries due to facility restrictions.
🌸 Product Substitution Policy
All our floral arrangements are handcrafted by local florists. While we aim to match the product photo, some seasonal variations may occur:
- Substitutions may occur due to local availability, always with items of equal or higher value.
- The overall color scheme, style, and value of your bouquet will be maintained.
- If an added gift item (e.g., cake, teddy bear) is unavailable, we will let you know and offer you different solutions.
🎉 Peak Period Policy
During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and 520 Love Day, we receive extremely high volumes of orders. We recommend ordering at least 2 days in advance.
- Time-specific deliveries cannot be guaranteed during these peak days.
- Orders will be delivered at any time during the selected date, typically between 9 AM and 8 PM.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 7+ days before delivery date: Full refund
- 48–72hours before delivery: Refund minus $10 USD admin fee
- Less than 48 hours: No refund possible
All refunds exclude third-party fees such as payment gateway charges and currency conversion losses.

iweiyi.com is not liable for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient address
- Recipient not being available to receive the delivery
- Recipient refusing to accept the product
- Delivery delays due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control

If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. To file a complaint, please send the following to our customer service within 3 days of delivery:
